Parks & Common Areas


Wagon Wheel River Park is the PRIVATE PROPERTY of Wagon Wheel Property Owners Association, Inc. The five acre park extends from Hub Drive and Rim Road up to the middle of the Blanco River (in the water). River Park usage is STRICTLY RESERVED for WWPOA MEMBERS/PROPERTY OWNERS, FAMILY MEMBERS, TENANTS and their GUESTS.  

All Members/Property Owners, Family Members, Tenants and Guests must be IN POSSESSION of a VALID WWPOA River Park PASS/KEY when utilizing the River Park areas. A VALID PARK PASS/KEY differentiates authorized visitors from trespassers. TRESPASSING IS PROHIBITED. TRESPASSERS will be reported AND VIOLATORS will be PROSECUTED.

There is NO PARKING along Wagon Wheel streets, driveways, or in front of GATED ENTRANCES. All VEHICLES MUST enter the HUB DR GATE and PARK on River Park Property to avoid being TOWED. 

ALL Members/Property Owners, Family Members, Tenants and Guests are responsible for adhering to the following rules for the safety and enjoyment of all. Violations may result in the suspension or loss of River Park privileges.

WWPOA PARK USE RULES:
  • Property owner park access tag (Park Pass) must accompany each person or group
  • No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk
  • If you pack it in, pack it out
  • DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AND CONTROLLED at all times (also in the neighborhood)
  • No overnight camping
  • No glass containers of any kind
  • No boats or other flotation devices may be left overnight
  • No trot lines allowed
  • No swings of any kind allowed, due to liability insurance purposes
  • Parking is available only in WW 1 on the flat rock area at the end of the road going into the park
  • No parking outside the gate of WW 1 park entrance
  • No parking at the entrance or in the park at WW 2, this side is walk-in use only
  • Check the park for trash before you leave and please pack everything out! 🙏🏼

Promptly report all criminal behavior and suspected trespassing to the Hays County Sheriff's Department.
