The subdivision of Wagon Wheel is located in Wimberley, Texas, and is comprised of fifty privately owned, R2 zoned, single family residential lots situated along Flite Acres, Hub Drive, Spoke Lane and Rim Road.
Wagon Wheel Property owners are Members of Wagon Wheel Property Owners Association, Inc. - a non-profit, 501c homeowner association dedicated to preserving the integrity of our small town, family-friendly community and protecting our shared interest in the Association's 5 acre River Park. WWPOA's Board of Managers/Officers are elected Owner/Members who manage the affairs of the association in their spare time as unpaid volunteers.
WWPOA Members in good standing and their Guests are afforded exclusive rights to the enjoyment and use of the Association's Park in accordance with the State's “at your own risk” Recreation Use Statue. All Members, Renters, Relatives and Guests must adhere to the established Park Rules and are required to present a current WWPOA Park Identification Card and Gate Key to access and utilize the facilities.
The City of Wimberley prohibits Short Term Rentals in single family residentially zoned neighborhoods, and WWPOA's Members do not support Conditional Use Permitting for short-term rentals or independent living facilities for occupancy by more than 1 family. In addition, no structure shall be erected, placed or permitted to remain on any residential building plot within the subdivision, other than a single family dwelling and garage, well house and similar appurtenant outbuildings.
The use of recreational vehicles, travel trailers, or motor homes for on-site dwelling purposes is prohibited. All improvements shall be of permanent construction and no trailer homes or temporary living quarters shall be used. Accessory Building Development Standards and Use Regulations prohibit the public use or rental of additional dwelling units or structures on single family residential lots.
The City of Wimberley is recognized as a Dark Sky Community committed to preserving and protecting the night time environment and dark sky heritage through environmentally responsible outdoor lighting.
